With so many unanswered questions about our health, we created Forty Fifty Guides to begin finding the answers. Our Guides provide a space to learn, plan, prepare for doctor appointments, explore and create a ritual around movement and exercise practice.
Our health is the sum of all our parts. Our well-being improves when we have access to information, science, and each other – with the ultimate understanding that we are not alone in our experiences.
Forty Fifty Guides will expand over time to focus on the topics that matter most to this community. We are beginning with our Doctor Guide and Movement Guide because this is what we felt was necessary to help us start on this journey, one we hope to share with you.
