Why Pilates? Core work, focusing on our abdominal muscles, lower back, hips, and buttocks. Pilates is a low-impact exercise and a great way to build strength and improve balance, posture, and flexibility. The equipment can seem daunting, but the teacher will guide you through every movement if you are in a studio.
