Why yoga? Learning to breathe deeply, slowly, and intentionally. Breath is essential to our well-being, yet we often forget to practice healthy breathing (through the nose) in the rush of life. Yoga poses guide our bodies with the breath, and if you understand that it's not about getting into the poses but learning to breathe into and with the movements, you might find joy in the practice.
